Alternatively in your specific situation if you had access to his account name and password you probably couldve logged into /tv and just searched directly for his channel yourself.īut i definitely understand the frustration trying to find relevant info when searching from the sales sites ( ) because all they do is push unhelpful sales info like already having services. how is it this impossible to know what channel is what number?įor future reference you can have someone log into the account on then go to "my services" then tv then channel lineup which will display all the channels with their numbers based on his specific package and theres also a button for a printable version which you could then print for him to keep on hand so he doesnt need to use any technology to access it. and my grandpa lives too far for me to go to god house to go one by one every channel and he’s too old and impatient to do it himself. the actual account holder is out on vacation with no cell service. I am NOT the account holder, not even my grandpa is the account holder because he is frankly too old to be setting up new accounts like this and has never used the internet in his life. once i put the address it says that address already has an account on record and my only 2 options are the enter into the account or see the channel list but not the number the channel is on. i maybe went to 5-6 pages before i got to the page to put the address i want to see the channel list from. it seems like spectrum wants every other block to have a different channel list so i had to go online to look it up. I am trying to find a specific channel for my grandpa so he can see a soccer game but i cannot for the life of me understand how spectrum is this stupid when it comes to just putting out the channel list.
